Mr. Engelbrecht holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Sheffield University and has almost 20 years metallurgical processing experience across a range of senior management and executive levels. Stefan has extensive operational experience relevant to key and prominent base metals within the Namibian industry.

In his current capacity as group Managing Director for the Tulela Namibia entities – Tulela Processing Solutions, Tulela Mining & Construction, Tulela Drilling and Tulela Zambia Ltd – his field of responsibility extends beyond the day to day management of the various entities, but is also actively involved in the overall project management of several key Green Field Projects the group is actively involved in.

Mr. Loftie-Eaton is a registered Professional Accountant in Namibia and holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Auditing. He brings 30 years experience in Banking, Auditing, Logistics and Mining. During his Mining career he gained experience in commodities such as Lead, Zinc, Uranium as well as Copper.

He has held senior positions in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics as well as project management and business Transformation with Bidvest, Anglo American, Vedanta Resources, China General Nuclear Power Company and Dundee Precious Metals.

Mr Kauta is an admitted legal practitioner in Namibia and has 15 years executive level management and operational experience He is specifically adept in the areas of Mining and Energy Law He brings a unique skill set to the executive management level, with creative, out of the box thinking combined with solid oriented planning, specializing in new business development, corporate strategy, long term vision with an eye for up and coming and new avenues for growth and profit.

Mr. van Es has 32 years of experience in the engineering discipline. Erik held various managerial positions during his career in various open pit mines, Rössing Uranium, Swakop Uranium, Skorpion Zinc and Navachab Gold mine.

Erik brings dedication, precision and knowledge to the upkeep and maintenance of mining equipment, including drill rigs.

Holding a BCom degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and is pursuing her Honours degree in Business Administration.

Kayelene has a unique combination of strengths, including education and experience in Organizational Psychology and a keen interest in Employee Relations.
