Mr. Engelbrecht holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Sheffield University and has over 20 years experience in metallurgical processing, spanning variouys senior management and executive levels. Stefan has acquired extensive operational expertise pertinent to significant and notable base metals within the Namibian industry.

Currently, he serves as the Group Managing Director for the Tulela Namibia entities.

Mr. Loftie-Eaton possesses over 30 years of experience in the fields of Banking, Auditing, Logistics, and Mining. Throughout his career in Mining, he has acquired expertise in commodities including Lead, Zinc, Uranium, and Copper. He has held senior roles in Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics, as well as in project management and business transformation with prominent organisations such as Bidvest, Anglo American, Vedanta Resources, China General Nuclear Power Company, and Dundee Precious Metals. Furthermore, Mr. Loftie-Eaton is a registered Professional Accountant in Namibia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing.

Mr. Kauta is a duly admitted legal practitioner in Namibia, possessing 15 years of executive-level management and operational experience. He demonstrates a particular proficiency in the domains of Mining and Energy Law. Mr. Kauta offers a distinctive skill set at the executive management level, characterised by innovative and strategic thinking complemented by results-oriented planning. He specialises in new business development, corporate strategy, and long-term vision, while maintaining a focus on emerging opportunities for growth and profitability.

Elia holds an MSc and a Bsc (Honours) in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria, a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Namibia University of Science and Technology, and has participated in various leadership programs and project management certifications, including the Cummins Chairman’s Six Sigma Quality Award. He is a respected executive in the Mining and OEM industries in Southern Africa, with 25 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Operations and Leadership. His background includes Heavy Equipment Supply and Services, Mining, Road Construction, and Water Supply. He has a strong passion for machinery, technology, and developing people.

Mr. van Es possesses 35 years of experience in the engineering discipline. Throughout his career at open-pit mines, Erik has held various managerial positions, including roles at Rössing Uranium, Swakop Uranium, Skorpion Zinc, and Navachab Gold Mine. Erik contributes dedication, precision, and expertise to the upkeep and maintenance of mining equipment, including drill rigs.

Mr. Zhong possesses a substantial corporate background, boasting over 15 years of experience at an international level in sales, management, and transport/logistics. He has successfully visited and completed projects in various African countries, including Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, the DRC, South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and Egypt. Mr. Zhong is dedicated to supporting cross-functional teams in enhancing customer satisfaction through process improvements. He is a respectful and respected professional with exceptional knowledge in developing strategic plans for service enhancement.
